Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. All content, visuals, copy, and code on this site are the property of AVCLUB and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client and collaborator names shown on this site are referenced to describe project experience and do not imply endorsement.
Consultations and payments
Consultations are scheduled through our booking system. Paid sessions are charged at the price shown at the time of booking and are processed by our payment provider; we never store your card details. A booking is confirmed only after scheduling (and payment, where applicable) completes.
Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
You may reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation email. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
Consultation scope
A consultation provides strategic guidance and recommendations. It does not include production, deliverables, or ongoing services unless agreed separately in a written proposal or contract. Any work beyond the consultation is governed by that separate agreement.
Liability
This site and its consultations are provided as-is. AVCLUB is not liable for business outcomes, indirect losses, or damages resulting from advice given or from use of this website. Nothing here creates a partnership or employment relationship.
